Dear colleagues and friends,

On behalf of the team of partners preparing the conference it is my honor to invite you to participate in the 4th International Conference “Choosing the Way: Joint Responsibility of the Youth and the Adult. Promoting the Potential of Mentorship” to be held in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, Russia; November 29-30, 2011
The Conference intends to promote the potential of creative collaboration between the youth and their mentors, and to find new content and new forms of its implementation. Young people and their mentors with good experience of interactions in the personal, professional and public life are invited to participate.
The plenary session shall give the floor to presentation of the follow-up results of joint activities,
interesting projects and initiatives stemming from the 2010 Conference  “Harmony of the North: Man and Nature. Youth View”.
The Conference participants will be given the chance to present their experience both in person and online, using modern means of communication.
